When contacting us about an existing order, please include your order number whenever possible so we can assist you more quickly.

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

We are also closed on statutory holidays. Emails and messages received outside regular business hours will be reviewed on the next business day.

Please note: SafetyApparel.ca products are not stocked at our Vancouver office, and customer order pickup is not available at this location.

Canadian Distribution

SafetyApparel.ca orders are fulfilled through our Canadian distribution network, with warehouse locations in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario.

Our distribution warehouses are not open to the public. All SafetyApparel.ca orders must be placed online and shipped to the customer.

Returns & Refunds

If you need to return an item or have a question about a refund, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy before sending any merchandise back.

All returns require prior authorization. For an existing return, you can contact orders@safetyapparel.ca. Please include your order number and details of the products being returned.
