Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped from 1 of 4 warehouses in B.C., Alberta, Manitoba, or Ontario. Most orders are delivered in 3 to 10 business
days after being placed depending on stock availability and proximity to warehouse. We will notify you as soon as possible if items you ordered are out-of-stock, as our website does not provide live inventory.
Orders are shipped via Canpar.
Orders cannot be picked up at the warehouse.
Our office on West 2nd in Vancouver does not hold stock.
We adhere to a strict minimum of $150. Orders under $150 will be cancelled.
Did you order the wrong size, style or colour and need to return all or part of an order? No problem! Just email email@example.com
with a complete list of all of the items you would like to return, including style numbers, colors, sizes, quantities and order number and
we will reply with return instructions. Please note: a 15% re-stocking fee is applicable. All returns must be shipped back to the warehouse
at the customers' expense.
Was there a mistake on our part? Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a complete list of all of the items you were wrongfully
shipped, including style numbers, colors, sizes, quantities and order number and we will reply with return instructions.
Did you receive defective products? All products have a one month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Just email email@example.com with the item you would like to return, including style number, color, size, quantities and order
number and we will reply with return instructions & send you out a new garment.
All returns must be shipped back to correct warehouse.
Returns without an RA # will be refused. This needs to be clearly marked on package.
Returns can only be authorized 30 days after receipt.
Altered or opened garments are not returnable.
All original tags and packaging must be present.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns must be authorized by Safetyapparel.ca
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If items are damaged or wrongfully shipped, we will cover return shipping costs.
Credits will be provided to original method of payment.
Allow up to 10 business days after the warehouse has received your package, to receive your refund.
Please keep all courier receipts & tracking numbers for your records.
Order cancellation can only be made before shipment.
Once orders are picked up by a courier, the return policy is in effect.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Our commercial non-consumer products are warranted to
be free from defects. Our only obligation to the commercial
user will be, at our option, to replace any portion proving
defective or to refund the purchase price thereof. The
commercial user assumes all other risk, if any. We make this
warranty to the commercial user in lieu of the warranties of
merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and all other
warranties, expressed or implied. No deviation is authorized.
We believe the information provided to be the best currently
available about the products listed herein. It is subject to
revision as additional knowledge and experience are gained.
We make no guarantee of results and assume no obligation
